Job Detail: Performance Auditor

We are looking for a skilled Auditor to certify the SMEs’ reports in order to deliver the most reliable service to our customers. You will be responsible for obtaining and verifying the KPIs of the suppliers comprehending their current status and potential growth. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to speak and write in English; German & Italian as a plus.
• Experience in automotive supply chain and supplier assessment and selection.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in ISO-TS quality standards.
• Familiar with supplier’s scorecard to measure suppliers on critical KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting or resolving process and product issues onsite.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and/or motivate others around you, self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for leading evaluation and qualification activities of suppliers.
• Prioritize and deliver an excellent customer service experience to MODEINDUSTRIAL's SMEs and OEMs.
• Manage customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, live chat and/or face-to-face meetings.
• Collaborate with Specialists, Engineers, and Product team members on KPI review.
• Provide strategic and consultative advice and help solve technical issues by working with a large number of businesses from our market.
